Plango helps you turn saved content into travel itineraries and walks you through each day. Itineraries, times, prices and travel details are planning aids generated from public sources and AI — verify critical details (tickets, hours, transit) with the provider before relying on them. Plango includes Google Maps features; your use of them is subject to the Google Maps End User Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Plango. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.
Plango offers two kinds of in-app purchases through Apple's In-App Purchase system: one-time unlocks (such as a trip unlock or roadbook), and consumable credits (such as screenshot-processing credits). Payment is processed by Apple under Apple's terms; we never see your payment details. Purchased content becomes available after Apple confirms the transaction. One-time unlocks remain in your Apple purchase history and can be re-synced with the Restore Purchases feature; consumable credits cannot be restored once used. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices may change, but a change never affects purchases you have already made.
All bookings are contracts between you and the travel provider. Reservations and payments are completed with the provider: Plango does not issue tickets, confirm reservations, process payments, or receive traveler funds. Provider cancellation and refund policies apply.
You retain ownership of what you upload. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, analyze, transform and display your content — and to sublicense those rights to the service providers who process it for us — solely to operate, secure and support Plango. The license ends when you delete the content, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload another person's personal or copyrighted content unless you are authorized to do so.
Do not misuse or disrupt the service, and do not reverse-engineer it except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including missed transportation, lost reservations, replacement travel costs or provider charges — or for the acts or omissions of travel providers, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for Plango through Apple in the past 12 months. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop using Plango and delete your account at any time (Me → Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. Deleting your account permanently deletes its trip data; eligible one-time purchases remain in your Apple purchase history and can be restored, but deleted trip content itself cannot be recovered.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
